Nyameko has spent more than thirty years in quality and food safety, working across leading global and local manufacturers including Nampak, Ferrero and PepsiCo. He has held roles at every level where quality decisions get made — and every level where they get overridden.

That vantage point shaped the way KLK works. Systems matter, but they are not the constraint. The constraint is what happens on the floor when the standard and the schedule disagree, and whether anyone in the room is willing to hold the line.

He works in eight languages, which means the training and the difficult conversations happen in the language the person actually thinks in — not the one printed on the procedure.
